People. By paying close attention to conversations with friends, family members or coworkers, you may hear important information.
Journaling. Use your journal to dialogue with your "Wise Self" by asking a question, getting quiet, and then writing whatever comes to mind. This is a great way to train yourself to look inside for
answers first.
TV and Radio. By paying attention to what occurs around you, you might even find that information or next steps come to you in the most unusual ways. You may get an answer while watching a favorite TV program or tap into a specific memory or feeling while listening to the radio.

Living Your Passion

Brainstorm Your Passion!
Many people are not following their passion because they are creatively blocked or paralyzed by fear. A brainstorming session could help you get "unstuck!"
"You'd be amazed at how people help once you're willing to ask." — Oprah
Many people are not following their passion because they are creatively blocked, paralyzed by fear or don't have the money. Cheryl Richardson suggests holding a brainstorming session. It's one of the quickest ways to get unstuck—use the creativity of others!
How To Brainstorm

  1. Get a group of people together. Ask a couple friends, family members or coworkers to join you. You can even ask these people to bring someone you don't know to the group. This might introduce new and different ideas.
  2. State your passion and your goals. Tell the group why you feel stuck.
Open the session to idea. Remember, any and all ideas are welcome. Make sure you have assigned someone in the group to record all ideas so you can reference them later.
  3. Take action! Make it your goal to explore one of the brainstorming ideas shortly after your meeting. You owe it to yourself, your brainstorming friends and your dreams!
Brainstorming in Action
Renee, Cynthia and Kristin are three different women with the same obstacle—they don't know how to start doing what they love. A brainstorming session with Cheryl and some friends gave them the energy and ideas to start pursuing their passions! Within 12 hours, the women in this group all took action! See the results of their brainstorming session.

Circle Power!
We're wired to connect and communicate. That's how we soothe ourselves; that's how we get things done. Band together, form a group—there is a circle for everyone!
"CIRCLE POWER" By Rachel Lehmann-Haupt
Join hands, everyone—this month we celebrate the power of circles. Because when women band together—whether it's for Scrabble or support, reading or righting wrongs, the greater good or the greater hilarity (or maybe all the above)—life just seems to get better. It's kind of a girl thing.
We now know that men and women respond to stress differently. Men tend to fight or flee; we're wired to connect and communicate. We phone friends. We form groups. That's how we soothe ourselves; that's how we get things done. For anyone who could use a hug, a shove, a good laugh, or a good cause, there's a circle. And if there isn't one yet, we say...
Start one. Create your own circle, and meet amazing women who already have:

The Real Health Clubs
Joining a group, any group, is a way to lift depression, boost your immune system, and maybe even help you get pregnant. Community not only lifts the soul but may also be beneficial to your health. Although the science can be squishy, with many contradictory results, a growing number of studies are showing that different kinds of socializing, from playing bingo to participating in support groups, can do a body good.
Get the scoop on how circles can keep you healthy. Be a Part of These Circles...

  • The Scrabble Club.
  • Brain Exchange.
  • Women's Mountain Bike & Tea Society.
  • Peace x Peace.

Sound like a bunch of children's games? Join some of the most innovative and extraordinary girl groups since Diana Ross and the Supremes.
